Instructor: Chef Berg was educated at San Franciscos California
Culinary Academy and has trained in the kitchens of such luminaries as Wolfgang
Puck, Jeremiah Tower and Loretta Keller. Robert has been associated with some of
the top restaurants in San Francisco, Japan, Burma, Aspen, Hawaii and New York
City, working side by side with a diverse range of chefs and developing a keen
understanding of varied cuisines.
