Overview: Chef Robert Berg brings to the Capital District his extraordinary culinary skills, come join him for this delicious culinary presentation.

Menu: Oven Baked Mussels with Fresh Greens, Almonds, Garlic and Bread Crumbs • Crispy Eggplant Sandwiches with Gruyere, Roasted Peppers & Basil • Saffron Israeli Couscous with Currants, Red Peppers, Pine Nuts & Fresh Herbs • Bananas Foster with Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructor: Chef Berg was educated at San Francisco’s California Culinary Academy and has trained in the kitchens of such luminaries as Wolfgang Puck, Jeremiah Tower and Loretta Keller. Robert has been associated with some of the top restaurants in San Francisco, Japan, Burma, Aspen, Hawaii and New York City, working side by side with a diverse range of chefs and developing a keen understanding of varied cuisines.
