An In-Studio Introduction to Voice Acting!

Overview: Have you ever been told you have a great voice? This new
class will take you into one of our area’s top recording studios, where you’ll
get a first hand opportunity to learn about this exciting field. Explore a
variety of professional voice opportunities including audio books, children’s
material, documentaries, the Internet, and more. We will cover all the basics,
including the all important demo. Listen to examples of demos recorded by
professional voice actors from the Capital Region, then step up to the mic for a
chance to record a commercial script under the direction of our producer in the
same studios used by Discovery Network and HGTV!
Instructor: David Bourgeois is the president of Voicecoaches. He has
produced professional voice work for many clients including Discovery Network,
Women’s Entertainment Network, HGTV and numerous other local, regional, and
national clients.
