Introduction to Reiki

Overview: Reiki is an Energy Healing modality with a rich eastern background. Easy to learn and use, you can facilitate self healing and empower your own wellness as well as for your family and others. During this interactive class we will explore the basis of energy medicine and interact with each other to experience the energy.

Topics: Reiki history • what is self healing • how energy healing works • who uses it and why • we will experience healing energy, as well as share with others in the class

Instructor: Susan Vazal ~ Usui & Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher, Reiki Energy Therapist, Healing Meditation Facilitator and owner of the Reiki Room has a thriving 15 year Reiki practice in the Capital Region and teaches Reiki worldwide.
