Overview: This program will prepare you to pass the New York State Notary Public exam and provides a comprehensive view of the notary public office. Confusing laws, concepts, and procedures will be clearly explained and clarified. Examples will be provided to illuminate situations that a Notary Public officer is likely to encounter. This workshop is a must for a Notary Public candidate to become fully aware of the authority, duties and responsibilities involved with this office. All materials will be provided.
