Overview: Being a landlord can be a rewarding experience. It can also be a difficult one if you don't have the knowledge and understanding of what the process entails. Whether you're a full-time landlord or just getting ready to purchase your first rental property, this seminar can help you improve your properties value, increase your cash flow and decrease your expenses, while helping you to understand your rights and obligations under the law. In addition, there is an emphasis on business development placed in this course that encourages investors to think like a businessman or woman. Effectiveness and efficiency, lean design, and continuous process improvement are highlighted in this course.

Instructor: Timur Qader holds a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Technology Management and a Master's Certificate in Six Sigma. Timur has been an investor for over 7 years, and holds a Brokerage License in the State of New York. He also has written several business and development plans for small to mid-sized companies including Madison Property Management in Madison, Wisconsin.
