1. Specifically where do your classes meet?
Classes are held in conference rooms, training centers and private businesses
throughout the Capital District. Some are taught at one of our two training
centers at 1510 Central Ave (Map). Complete
directions will be sent upon registration. Call or
e-mail us if you need
more details before you register.
2. When can I sign up?
Registrations can be taken right up to the day of class if there is room. Many
classes fill quickly however, so sign up early. Call our registration office
(518-452-2675) to register with your credit card, mail a check using the
registration form on this site, or stop by and see us in person. You
can also register via our
secure web-site. Sorry but you cannot register and pay at class. See

3. How do I get to your office?
Our convenient Colonie business office is at 1510 Central Avenue which is in the
Wolf Road vicinity (Map). Office hours are
Monday - Friday 9:00am-6:00pm. (Please note: Some of the classes are not
held at this location)
4. What happens when I call and get your
automated message?
Of course we would prefer that you always talk to one of our registration
representatives. However if our phone lines are extremely busy, you may get our
voice mail. Please leave your name and telephone number so we can call you back
right away.
5. Do you offer classes in other cities?
The Knowledge Network only offers classes in the Albany, NY
Capital region. However, there are many similar programs throughout the country. Visit our
affiliates page for more information.
6. How
do I become a Member
Membership is $34
per year ($54 for a Household, $24 for those 65 and older with proof of age).
Membership entitles you to lower
fees on most classes and a waiver of the $10 cancellation and transfer fee.
