To withdraw from a class, you must notify The Knowledge Network office AT LEAST 2 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to the class. A refund is NOT issued when a student cancels, however, a course credit in the amount of the course fee (less a $10 cancellation fee) will be kept on file and may be applied towards any Knowledge Network classes for a period of six (6) months. You may also transfer to another section of the course for a $10 transfer fee. If the Knowledge Network cancels a class for reasons other than inclement weather, you are entitled to a refund UNLESS you paid for the class with a course credit, in which case Knowledge Network would re-issue your course credit and extend it for another six (6) months. The registration fee is refunded if all classes you enrolled in are cancelled by The Knowledge Network. Inclement Weather Policy: If Knowledge Network determines travel conditions to be hazardous we will postpone classes. No refunds will be issued. You may reschedule your class or we will issue a course credit good towards classes for the full amount you paid (valid for six months). |
